Default Airline apps traffic violations

Hey I'm trying to fill out my airline apps and was wondering how some of you list your traffic violations. It wont let me list a violation without including the city and state of the offense but the two driving records i ordered (one stamped form the DMV) and the other from a website don't include the city and state!? i really dont know how i'm gonna find this information and i have no idea where some of them where just that they were in the state i live in.

You honestly don't remember the city and state that you were in when you received the tickets.....?

How about a guy driving through 6 states to go to Florida for spring break? Got a ticket in some small town in Georgia, paid it by mail, 10 years later no clue the name of the town.

Not exactly the same as having a DUI or three busted checkrides, but an incomplete application won't float.

You can check your name and lic. # for anything on the NDR (national driver register.) To make it on the NDR, you would have to have DUI, suspended lic. from hit and run, crime, basically serious stuff.
Check your your lic. in the state you currently have lic. and the states where you had a lic. in the last 10 years. If nothing comes up, you should be good.

Just provide the details to the best of your recollection. Note that the dates/details are approximate. That way if it somehow turns up they can correlate that you disclosed it.
