Default Tell me something not on your application

In regards to the HR question "tell me something about yourself not on your application", are the airlines generally looking for:

Human interest

Interest/extra cirricular activity in aviation outside of the airlines

Professional distinction from a previous job

I realize the answer may vary by employer, but any feedback would be welcome!

From my experience, HR questions tend to be what most people struggle with. There are some who find it easy though. They don't like "canned" robotic answers that sound like you rehearsed them. Posture, eye contact, body language, tone and HONESTY are important. Oh yeah....hygiene, wear good deodorant! You don't want to go in musty or stinky nor overly cologned smelling like pine sol.

Just my $0.02
