I am thinking of attending the FltOps Regional job fair in Orlando. I see that GoJet says something about a "possible interview onsite".
-Do many Regionals do this?
-Are these "full blown" intereviews?
-How prepared should I be?
-Also...if you have ever been to a job fair...Are these things pretty crowded? What type of atmosphere are they? Good/Bad expereince for ya'?
Thanks!

I attended the LAX flt ops job fair. May be it will help.
GoJet was conducting on site interviews. ASA/XJT was supposed to be there & supposed to conduct onsite interviews but cancelled.

As far as being prepared at the job fair for an interview, I would let people who are more experienced chime in......
