Sledy,
I emailed airlineapps previously about this same question. They said include any airline you have worked for as they all are required to test you. The question is ambiguous but it's a yes. It's not meant to see if you were pulled for some kind of extra screening or anything like that.

A simple traffic ticket or speeding ticket would not count in this section. A traffic ticket is a infraction not a misdemeanor. If the ticket is for things like driving without a license, racing, driving suspended, then you would answer yes. I was curious about this so I asked my brother who is a police officer.
While I concur with the intent of what you are saying, the fact is, some states do classify traffic violations as misdemeanors. Texas comes to mind where it is categorized as a class c misdemeanor.

Delta has a similar question on their Addendum. It asks,"Have you ever been convicted of any felony, misdemeanor, infraction, offense of other violation on any law?" and further clarifies with, "Violations for parking should not be listed, otherwise list all other convictions and provide details for each."
Since they go to the extent to exclude parking tickets I think it's a logical assumption they do want you to list any traffic tickets even though they are already entered in the Driving Record section of the main Airline Apps menu.
I know United's addendum question #16 is a worded different, so it's an apples to organes comparison, but I clicked yes myself just to be safe. If it gets the circular file for that.... well, there's always truck driving school.

I don't know how you guys remember when and where you got a ticket. I've had 2 or 3 speeding tickets and one for a broken tail light over the last 20 years. Couldn't tell you where it when they happened though. :-/

If you try to guess exact numbers and dates and you miss one, that might look like you were not being truthful.
Regarding the duplicate entries for traffic tickets... I would not list minor tickets anywhere other than the section of the application for traffic. I seriously doubt they want you to clutter up the app and list things twice. You can take it super-literally if you like but I don't think it's a trick question, I think they just want you list everything...once.

Some states, my DL was issued by PA, allow you to access your driving history via their DMV website. I think I downloaded mine for $5. Just FYI.

I just got my Minnesota info. and their normal records only went back 5 years. I had to keep keep asking to get 2 tickets past that.

This was asked above but I hadn't seen any responses to the original question...but on Delta's Airline Apps addendum, does their "convictions" question include speeding tickets? I'm assuming it does since it states "offense of any law" and excludes parking tickets, but it just seems redundant. I'd also wager if that's not what they meant, it would be easy for their HR folks to see that anything I said "yes" to was a traffic violation, and not something more serious.

Read the question carefully. "Have you ever" means your entire driving history. Delta Air Lines wants you to list all infractions regarding your driving record. Speeding tickets, red light tickets, illegal turn, etc. They are looking for you to be honest on your application. If you cannot remember the exact dates just list the infractions and the year range.
I had one speeding ticket and was not even asked about it during the interview. Just be honest on your application. I know it sounds silly to say that but you would be surprised how many people lie about their background.
