For crying out loud, don't overthink it. Just list every ticket you can even partially remember, put "approximate date/County", and stop worrying. They only care if they catch you lying (even if you miss/forget one, it probably won't sink you), or if there is a recent trend... The rest of your application carries MUCH more weight.

Good question. I don't know. I think they are looking for honesty and trends (like 5+ tickets a year, or something).

The key is, look at it as an opportunity to show you are honest and have nothing to hide. I personally had 4 tickets: 3 from long ago, and 1 from within 2 months of getting called for the interview. They didn't care - who doesn't have some?

Hope that sets your mind at ease.
