Default Netjets Pilot Schedules

Been wondering this for a while and wondering if any current/former Netjets guys could answer this for me.

I was wondering if besides the three schedule types that are offered, there is the option to drop a trip if a pilot needs to in order to make their schedule at home work. Is there this option or trip trading available?

I appreciate the response.

The only option you have is to request an unpaid LOA. Back before the furlough I could usually get them approved during the slower months (later Spring/Summer). It is my understanding they are denying almost all LOAs at the moment as staffing is too tight.

I believe there is an option to trade trips but I never really had a chance to look into it before I got furloughed.

There is the option to PTO (personal time off) an entire tour. Each month you work at least one day you are awarded 1 PTO day, up to 12 days/year. The amount of days you can use in a year is based off of your years of service. I find it nice to use my PTO days to turn a 7 day tour into a 5 day tour.

I hope this helps.
