Looks like you have plenty of information but I would suggest you look into applying to the Naval Academy. You're still young enough where you can get in and graduate under their minimum age and fly in the military. I went from being a Lance Corporal in the Marines to the Naval Academy back in 2010 and I'm currently finishing up my last year. Currently waiting two more weeks to find out if I was selected for pilot or not. Through the Naval Academy, you have your option of staying and flying with the Marines, or crossing over and flying with the Navy. I'll be honest, I think of the Academy as the worst place to be at, but the best place to be from. I can tell you that not very many Marines apply every year so you never really know until you research and apply. Best of luck and PM me if you have any questions.

...Also, I would of been DQ for my eyes as well but at the academy they offer PRK and LASIk to anyone who wants it. I had PRK a year ago and I'm currently fully qualified to fly.
