Default Best Airline to Work For?

With so many experienced airline pilots on here, I'm curious what everybody believes is the best airline to work for. I've been researching the airline profiles and I know who pays the most, but I'd love to get an experienced pilot's opinion on who they believe is the best company to work for. Thanks!

This is a question that just can't be answered.

It's like asking "what's the best car?" With no regard to past, present or future.

Default Best Airline to Work For?

Everyone likes to believe the choice that they made (or that was made for them due to circumstance) was the best one.

Do the best you can. Hopefully your choices yield a long career with no furloughs, bankruptcies, or mergers.

Sad that it has to be so negative, but we could probably give you a list of the worst...

The one that you are happy to work for, and hopefully can retire with a nice 401K and money in the bank. never being furloughed. Industry leading pay. Living in base your whole career would be a plus as well.
Now you can fill in the name of said airline_________. Let me know because I got a little over 30 more years before retirement!
Its a crap shoot.
