I quit my CFI job to fly a King Air 90. It seemed like a good opportunity to advance to the next step in flying. Unfortunately, they didn't like my progress in the training program so I was let go. Now I'm almost broke and living back with my parents.
Any advice on what I should do now? I have about 620 TT. And I know I can go back to instructing, but I really didn't enjoy it.

What experience do you have in that 620TT?
I suppose this KA90 job was single pilot operations?
Maybe a little more details of the background and circumstances will help some posters to give you advice based on their experience.

Great Lakes will take you with 750 TT I believe. If you really don't want to flight instruct get on climbto350 and look for aerial survey type jobs or even banner towing. There are a lot of opportunities out there for low time pilots that weren't around 10 or so years ago. Look on the job boards.

I only have 70 hours ME. Most of my time is in a C172. The job would have been dual pilot operations doing aerial survey.
My boss said that my multi procedures needed work and I seemed to have trouble handling the airplane. I guess I agree. I haven't flown multi engine in over a year, and it certainly isn't easy to go from a C172 to an airplane that's 4 times heavier and almost twice as fast.
I've started to look for some other aerial survey jobs, it would be great to find another one that would give me ME experience. I don't have a tailwheel endorsement, so I think that means banner towing is not an option.
