Eagle or ExpressJet?

You've hinted that the Legacies are your goal. Seeing how you're within spitting distance of being considered competitive, if I were you I'd simply take the first offer given.
You're not making ExpressJet or AE a career, you're only in it long enough to get picked up by AA or UAL. So really, it doesn't matter which route you take.
At this point in your career you're only looking to maintain currency and keep adding the hours; you have the turbine PIC to satisfy any legacy.
Take the first offer and don't look back.

I'm not sure what they can view. I would post on some of their threads to see if you can find a CRJ driver to PM you the info.

From the latest bid that just came out last week, I don't think you would have any trouble holding or trading to DFW with ExpressJet right out of training. Although it seems like IAD tends to be most junior.

Just tagging along. Im at 1500 and have been offered jobs with both XJT and Eagle, interviews still to go with Compass and Skywest but undecided where to go if I don't get an offer from Compass or Skywest.

I would hold out for compass. That airline is going to move pilots and fast. You are looking at a pretty long upgrade at Expressjet, eagle and Skywest.
A lot depends on where you want to live also. Commuting is not fun, especially on reserve.
If it were me picking, I would take compass, Skywest, Expressjet, then eagle. Possibly eagle, then Expressjet as eagle has at least the potential to see some new airframes and a flow through which means more movement.

Currently have a vacancy of 44. It's moving faster that the company is making us think.
There's 10 DFW FO vacancies...and JFK CRJ FOs won't be able to bid it.

So far 8, but in the last vacancy bid the most Jr guy had it awarded.
Also, 8 are posted, but when you have FOs from a based upgrading automatically opens more vacancies. The usually backfill them (meaning that if 10 guys from MIA get upgrade, 18 can go to MIA as part of filling the hole).
