Exclamation Pilots of Eagle, ASA and Expressjet:

TO PILOTS OF EAGLE, ASA, EXPRESSJET:

Do not play into old-school management FEAR TACTICS!!! You are a SPINELESS IDIOT to hit the YES button on either of these deals.

As for the COMAIR-style tactic being utilized at the moment, they had only 1,400 pilots, combined we have 7,800! Comair took 10 years to wind down after a strike and 5 years after voting NO. That was during a PILOT SURPLUS at all levels! It'll take them 20 years to wind us both down if we all vote NO (on the off-chance that management isn't lying), and we should all be retired or flying for real airlines by then.

Please take a look at the facts like a mature adult, they are all over these boards, I don't need to spell them out.

Add SkyWest group to that. If Express/ASA vote NO, they'll try to offer OO the same garbage. So, together we're more like 10,000+ strong. VOTE NO

***. Mature? Facts? Almost everything posted here for the past two days has been a frantic rant. The opening of this thread is its downfall.

Nearly 10,000 pilots voting on proposed concessions on the eve of FAR 117 & the greatest exodus of pilots in our generation. Ya, Im pretty sure I know why they are pushing for this now instead of later. Im also pretty sure that holding the line for your profession's future both individually and collectively will not mean we're all out of business. By the way 5,000-7,000 major airline job openings over next 5 years

I suppose that relates to the gravity of the current situation somewhat.
