Default Resume help?

Well, I applied for a first officer position to a couple 135 operators and one in particular replied telling me that "my resume needs a lot of work". Talk about an all time blow to the gut. I've put a lot of time and effort into putting together to what I thought in my opinion, seemed like a good resume. So now, I need help in putting a great pilot resume together before I apply again. I hear that Emerald Coast is an awesome site but I literally don't have the money to fork over.

Definitely a confidence killer. Please, if anyone out there can help me out, I will appreciate it greatly!

If you remove your specifics (John Doe) you can post it here and we'll critique it for you. Also, there have been threads on this in the past, use the search window at upper right to find them- the subject never changes.
