Default AirlineApps Addendum Question

On one airline's addendum it asks for the past 10 years of driving history. Does this take precedence over the main application? In other words, can I omit anything past the 10 years on it?

I've heard of folks doing both but believe majority will say it's better to put it all out there. I had 2 tickets--one from the 1990s that I had to guess on and the other in the past few years. I mistyped the year on the recent one and got the 3rd degree during my background check (had to send in an explanation and then have legal team review my application before getting cleared to train). In the end, it was all resolved in less than a week but still created unnecessary stress and embarrassment.
