AIR Inc. Career Fairs

Dress Code
Ok Im interested in going to the career fair. But is everyday a business casual day? Or if you went there to simply gain information (not planning to enter the field for a yr or so) is it kosher to go in just Kakis and maybe a polo or something?

I'd look the part... never know who you'll meet and who will remember you. Even if you are just "gaining information", you should build your network, and that is only going to happen if you appear to be professional. You never know, and wearing a suit is an easy thing to do.

I met most of the AirTran HR people at four consecutive AirInc conferences. By the time I was available (the last AirInc I went to), I got an interview for three weeks later. I start training in Feb!!!
