Default DAL interview prep

Would anyone care to share facts and gouge regarding the current DAL interview process and best ways to prepare?

For all the long time forum members I'm sure this has been covered in the past, but it doesn't seem readily apparent for those of us returning to the forum after a long hiatus.

Thanks in advance!

DONT screw up your only chance to get hired by a major airline!!! Seek professional help.

Call Emerald Coast. It's the best $300 you'll ever spend and you can keep using their services and products as long as you want.

I can not stress enough how important this is. Call ECIC or someone else. But seek professional help.

I've heard the Delta interviews are very challenging. Cog, skills, and psych. Anyone been through the process?

I highly doubt that anyone on this Airline Pilot Central forum has ever been through the Delta interview process.

The interview prep folks get up to date feedback and intel on the interview process. They know what is required. They help you to organize and prioritize what you need to do, say, wear ect. Some people need the prep, some do not. I didn't use a prep company. My prep came from a failed interview a couple months prior to my Delta interview. I learned from the first one and applied my new found knowledge to my next one. It worked. Now I've been here many years. The gouge you get online may be fragmented and incomplete. The gouge at a prep company will be perfect. What's $300 when you have the potential to make so much more than a poor rj fo. Good luck in your flying career.
