Default Delta without a degree

Does a Masters degree help you get into Delta?

So either get your degree in three quick years or go to Endeavor and flow to delta in 5 years. Seems like an easy choice! The money you will make from getting on at delta two years earlier rather than waiting for a flow will more than pay for your degree.

It's the agreement that was inked with Pinnacle/Endeavor after Delta BK'd/restructured them.

It's a guaranteed interview (Not repeat NOT a flow through and NOT A guaranteed job) that waives certain traditional requirements for Endeavor pilots for interviewing at Delta. In this case, a 4 year degree.

It gives an extra point(s) on the computer grading system at most majors. Given the culture at DAL, I suspect it will help you at the interview too.

The flow requires a degree, SSP is only for people who were on property during the bankruptcy.

The Mesaba flow and the Endeavor EtD require a 4 year degree. The Compass flow and the Endeavor SSP both do not require a degree.

Did I read right somewhere that the Compass flow was only up to a certain point - like pilots on pre-2011 or something? I'm new here, so I obviously missed that.
