Get a 1000 hrs TPIC and re-evaluate. JB, NKS, are good second options, at that point, if AA never calls.
Yes, non TPIC guys are getting hired. Is it 50%? No. So the non TPIC pool is the small pool. Get into the bigger pool of newhires.
And at 1000 hrs TPIC you might have the opportunity to become a CKA. Think you'll have the opportunity to be a CKA at Southern in two years? Probably not.
