As far as the best schools, that's very subjective and depends on personal opinion. They will all get you your ratings, but if you must, there is an entire forum dedicated to the discussion of flight schools. Take a look at some of the threads there:

Go to a 135 as a SIC. Upgrade in a year or so and bank that PIC Jet time. If no one calls go to a regional to check that box. Financially it's the best way on top of some really fun flying. When the S hits the fan again you will be happy you have that corporate time and those type ratings.
