Line check question
#1
Had a line check the other day, the overall outcome was a pass. At the start of it, when the LCA was reviewing certs and docs, it was discovered that I had missed an update on one of my manuels which he decided was a no fly, he allowed me to update my manual since I had the revsision tucked away and I had forgetten about and all is updated and I flew the flight as scheduled. While he concluded the line check was a pass, this revsision update was considered a "training event", so I'm a little confused, is this something to disclose, gonna be on my PRIA? Just unsure about how to go about it with a future employer.

If it's a pass it should be nothing to report. If you're concerned, ask your chief pilot. Sounds to me like you're in the clear though; it might be a note on your company training record, like "flew left of localizer, needs more rudder on V1 cut" etc. Those are in company training files, NOT PRIA.

Of course, check with your training department and get your PRIA.
If you were pulled offline and unable to continue flying till a train/additional check was completed, THEN you should be concerned.
