Default College done...Next step

Hi all, I recently graduated from a university in the Midwest with an aviation major. I have always wanted to instruct but have come across another opportunity to fly in the STL area as a jump pilot. I am just looking for some input as to what you guys think would be the smartest route to take (CFI or Jump pilot). I have done research into the career of a jump pilot and it looks like a blast! However, this DZ is only seasonal as it is located in the Midwest. At the end of the season I would have around 500 TT. My only worry with taking this job is that once the season is over, I will only have 500 hours and be looking for another job, compared to being able to stay working as a CFI year around. My original plan was to go the CFI route but it is very hard to pass up that first opportunity to fly someone else's plane and be paid for doing it lol. I appreciate every and all input. Thanks.

Why wouldn't you be able to get a CFI job after you finish the jump pilot job??

Do you already have your CFI?

If you have it, but this job sounds fun, and they pay you a reasonable amount than take it! And while you there, get your A License! You can CFI later.
