We had a few guys in my newhire class at Endeavor with similar experience to you. As above, without a degree it could be tough (but not impossible) to get picked up at a legacy, but in addition to regionals, look into the domestic and LCC carriers. Send out apps to all, and if able to, get your resume in front of a recruiter somehow.
In the mean time if you want to leave SA and start flying over here, find where you want to live and get an RJ job near by.
If life permits, I'd consider looking into starting work on your degree.

No degree does not equate to no legacy job. It's a discriminator, not a deal breaker. However, if I were applying, I would at LEAST have some recent college under my belt, to show progress. Having said that, a degree is a BIG plus for you. I highly advise getting it.

You should be well positioned to get hired by a low-cost carrier or a regional for starters. You have not mentioned your age but you should start working on that degree to become more competitive in the market for "major" airlines. Yes, you can get hired without a degree at times, but the odds are not in favor most of the time. In any case, apply to the ones that don't list the degree as a hard requirement and get some FAR 121 experience.
