Very true Tom! It's probably just my weak spot of attempting to help the impaired. MB, Why don't you just get back to us when you have something worthy to report, like even passing your instrument knowledge test. Have you got the holding patterns figured out yet?

Lets not forget that most 141 schools I look at are hiring with a wet CFI license and giving bonuses. Again supply and demand says a hiring bonus is to attract people where there is a low supply.
Its true there is just about 0 250 hour commercial jobs. Everyone likes 500 hours, but that is simple to get with a CFI ticket. Many companies and chief pilots I talk to have unfilled positions because of the FAA mandated mins, again, low supply. Some tried to offer me a job on the spot but I dont yet have my Comm or CFI license.
