There is hardly a decision you make that is not essentially putting "money over safety" or a similar choice. Doesn't matter whether it's going home with that cute girl at the bar, getting married, driving to work or choosing to fly a particular approach. All involve a cost/benefit analysis, or at least, they should!

I'd like to thank everyone who responded to my recent post regarding the tailwind/crosswind landing conditions at MEM recently. Very interesting replies, and many different viewpoints from all who responded. Good food for thought.
