I've heard people say that about FedEx...that even though they cancelled their A380 order, they've maintained their options...that sounds fishy to me. My impression of a cancelled order is cancelled.

Can someone provide a documented source that proves FedEx has maintained their options?

Wouldn't that be a wack job if Fedex went back and picked up UPS options and exercised ther own........ Guess not....

We are slow, but we do sometimes learn our lesson <g>. It is actually contractual that they put fresh "linens" on the MD, although they are not actually linens but paper pillow cases and sheets. There was actually a grievance recently filed regarding it. Most guys bring their own anyway. It is also contractual that the hot water work, which is a major plus to actually be able to wash your hands with hot water and soap, and ALL of our MD11's have the rest modules as well, unlike Fed Ex.
