Default Who flies CVG to SLC for DHL?

Think it's ABX but not sure, can anyone confirm this? And a # 2 call to list for the jumpseat if so, or # for whomever flies it please.

Wouldn’t it be easier to just call Fed Ex and jumpseat on them?
