Ok this could craziest thread in APC history if it werent for modern PC requirements.

However, Im seeing a massive upkick of such behavior or maby its over reported. i.e. Alaskan FO raped by captain, inflight cockpit porn videos, FedEx pilot spanking a monkey in business class, etc etc etc....

Im so lucky that back in my day we didn’t have the #### cell phone cameras. Imagine all the divorces

How many of these claims have been substantiated? I know several have been investigated by law enforcement in addition to unions and the company and the alleged offender was found not guilty. So now they sue in civil court ($$$) and suddenly the alleged offenders are all found guilty in the court of public opinion, because let's face it, there's no real way to come back from allegations like that.

In our society an adult male is assumed to be a predator at heart, and if accused of a crime like rape or child molestation there's not a single one of you who would be able to really clear your name in the court of public opinion. The cloud would always hang over your head, good luck living your life normally when a quick google search links you to those kinds of allegations.

I think it's borderline criminal that after someone is cleared of all charges, the alleged victim can go after the cash and still sully your name for the rest of your life.
