Default Crazy approaches

Ok I've been meaning to put this up here for sometime. I'm wondering what are the craziest instrument approaches here in the states. I know there are all kinds of crazy ones like London City and the old Kai Tak. But what about the approaches here. Some that I can think of are South Lake Tahoe, Aspen, Jackson Hole.
What do you all think? Any suggestions for fun with an instrument student in the sim?

Several approaches into DCA are a challenge... The 'River Visual' is one of my favorite...

There's a DME arc to a VOR approach in Saltillo, Mexico that is a real POS.

The DCA River Visual isn't challenging...but it sure is fun! The Harbor Visual in PWM is pretty neat, as is the Expressway Visual in LGA.

Wait, those aren't true instrument approaches...

What about some of the mountain airports in Colorado, like Aspen?

11 DME arc to the VOR 5 @ SLK (Saranac Lake, NY)

ILS 23 is pretty interesting as well. There is mountain in the approach path. You'll see the radar altimeter go up to something like 500ft or maybe 800ft then drop off again. Don't be low on the glide slope or else Also if you fly the approach too fast the it will set the GPWS off. You can be flying the approach on GS but, if your going to fast you'll get "Terrian Pullup" Catches you off guard.
