UPS Classes for May

Very entertaining banter since the UPS app flood gate opened....but on a side note for us poolies, has anyone heard any news regarding May class dates, numbers, equipment?

2007 New Hires UPS

2007 UPS plans to hire 227 Pilots

Have hired 84 F/O's Jan-Mar 2007

143 open F/O positions remain
Current open F/O positions Apr-Nov hire date.
MD-11 ANC - 78
A-300 - 6
757/767- 51( 11 SDF, 22 SFZ, 15 ONT, 3 MIA)
DC-8- 5
747-400 -19

10 positions may be filled by probationary DC-8 F/O's

Sometimes they just flat don't know the answer and sometimes they just can't share it. No big deal and nothing personal.

Thanks for posting those numbers SEGATAKI. Still wondering about May class dates though.

Do the math and it is about 15 a month. Most going to the 757/767 and MD11. 747-400 classes won't be till close to August and October (From the last long term training bid).
