I have known this FO for some time and he does have an agenda. His agenda is called "me me me";he also has been here alot longer than 16 months. Even though his father worked here does not mean he shares the same views.

They need to be informed on how they are hurting US.
And where else but an unemotional discussion in the cockpit can we get to these folks? Emails/postings and SIG letters don't seem to be getting the point across. A little peer pressure goes a long way to educating some.
