Better contract = better pilots for sure.

What I want to know is how the heck is Atlas keeping staffing up as well. $179 for a 12 year cap on a 767? Ouch! Others at $240 - $300

Crazy

Unlikely that new hires at Atlas/Southern looking at 12 year Captain rates, they almost certainly don’t plan on being there that long.

I have learned all to well that 1500 is just a number and is by no means a way to establish qualified verses unqualified. Good luck ABX and stick to your guns. The only leverage you have is an inability to hire.
Max; thanks for your experience based feedback. I know you guys at K4 lived the nightmare we are going through right now.

We should all listen to Max and continue sticking to our guns.

Then they can look at the 5 yr CA rate of $148 or just look at the meager FO rates as that seems to be where they'll be for the foreseeable future with no more planned growth on the 767 in the near future.
