it doesn't matter. (yes they do understand it, it is not nuclear fusion. Planes, boxes, profits/losses)

The stock price is down. why ?

Well I gave you the answer about warrants. I certainly don't know any inside information about their upcoming earnings guidance. You can choose to believe or not about what and whether analysts understand -- the same analysts that kept saying that the warrants had been exercised when they hadn't been, the same analysts that ask questions about ATI as if it was an ACMI operation instead of almost-entirely a CMI operation, but suit yourself.

I do notice that the stock is up 5 percent in the last 7 days, and is currently rated "undervalued".

Maybe....posting about something you have no firsthand knowledge of dosen't help anyone either.

I have many years of experience dealing with upper level managements pitting work groups against each other. Most of it from the MEC level.

You are the classic example of what they want to be happening.

If you can't get past the history and at least start to work together, then management has already won.

How is this "Omni's fault."

The COVID argument should have boosted the package side, and it did somewhat, but the question is legit, why is the stock down. The stock has been in a decline all year long.

Just my views, I know some pilots at all three companies, all good guys. I would love to listen to earnings call or see what the corporate office side of the house says about this topic.

cheers

Remember, Omni got more bailout money than Spirit and JetBlue did, with only 375 pilots compared to their 2,500+
I'm told they still turned a profit, which would be artificially less now anyway; with transferring all the aircraft to CAM and now paying to lease what formerly we owned outright. Transfers all that money to CAM from Omni.
All our planes were paid off and owned outright, except 1 we leased for a specific program.

You may have many years but it wasn't at ATSG. Management did not "pit" the working groups against each other...ATI made a conscious decision all on their own. You know not of which you speak! End

AKA, they went to ATI the way AA went to PSA……. I.e. Pitting the workgroups against each other. What do you think the next step ATSG would have taken if ATI said no.

Why the hell is ATSG stock plummeting? Seriously curious.

Where "plummeting" is defined as "rising for the past week and following the earnings announcement".

Who knows maybe buy some other s#hitbag airline about to go out of business and pour a couple hundred million into them to refleet them and make them the same offer. Give pay raises to the Captains only instead of negotiating a new contract for 2 yrs...and we will give you aircraft from the sister airlines. And those Aholes would probably do it too. And also accept a pay raise only contract when the 2 yrs are up.

You're blinded by anger. The AMR business model was studied in the Business Management curriculum at Duke University up until the bankruptcy. I don't know if it continued beyond that when AAL became the new entity.

You not recognizing that ATSG put ATI in that position to cause exactly your reaction is why you continue to fail.

Again, you are making Cujo point and yet still not recognizing it……

You are mad at the wrong folks (ATI) when you should be mad at ATSG and the whipsaw game that they are successfully playing. Your anger at ATI is playing right into their hands.
