This leads me to believe that absolutely no effort was put into schedules/work rules, etc. Maybe I’ll eat my words when the TA comes out.....but I doubt that I will. We’ve done no favors for our Atlas friends who will likely be arbitrated in two months.

But I guess that you can say.....at the very least...that we will have gotten a defined contribution into the contract.
no effort..really

oh and the Company did not want to negotiate 6 months earlier than the cba demands...but they did...the record pace was because there was no change to those sections

not one bit of this was easy..not a bit

I’m aware. Which makes me upset that I’m likely going to have to vote yes to this. I’d have been happy to take an extra year or two to get some meaningful gains.

Atlas negotiating committee presented management with their proposal yesterday, waiting on a counter proposal. From what I have heard if they get anywhere close to what they proposed it will be far surpassing ours. Hopefully it gets approved and sets the ACMI bar a little higher.

Atlas isn't going to get anything close to what they proposed. That's a virtual certainty.
