Hey fellas quick question. How long do layovers have to be at the outstation before you get a hotel? How is the BQN flying if one were to move down there?

BQN has 4 lines and a home standby line in case someone calls out sick. The BQN lines are 5 days and are good for building flight time. Leave during the day return in the evening. You get one day standby so really only flying 4 days. Once the planes leave you can go to the beach and hang out.

If the stay in the outstation is enough for 6-7 hours of sleep you will get a hotel. Hilton or Marriot types. If it's a quick turn like 2-3 hour wait usually just hang out in the FBO or crew room.

You can look up on flight aware.... They're pretty much quick turns and no day lay over. If it's IROP, usually two hours or so, nothing in set and stone.

Please help

Hello

I passed an interview with MAC for the ATR possition, and got an email from HR telling me that my interview was a success and HR will following up with a class date soon, HR person did mentioned June or July and asked which one I want. I did replied asking for the earliest class date but no replies after that. The day I got an email from HR was first day of May. Should I reach out to her again? When should I do that? How long I should expect for an official offer and class date after I got an email saying "the company want to offer you"? Please help me out.

Congratulations! We're going to be colleagues.

I interviewed for the ATR Floater position last month. I interviewed on 4/23 and I was called exactly a week later with the fantastic news. I received my offer letter the next day. My training date is June 10 in Houston.

It's been almost 2 weeks since you last received communication from MAC. I recommend that you do follow-up, as they may have sent an email that became lost in cyberspace.

Keep us updated. :)
