How is the flying on the 408 in SJU?

Pretty decent. All daytime runs. Start around 10AM and done by 7PM.
Most routes are about 4 hours of flying a day. Monday thru Friday. You basically fly three days and two days airport standby from 9AM to noon.
If we are fully staffed that is. At the moment we’re flying San Juan to Dominica, Guadeloupe and Antigua. Going to expand into St Croix and St Thomas soon.

Hi Fellow Pilot,

I see that you post for Mountain Air.
I have a few questions if you have a minute:

+. How much time can one build annually flying C408?
+. The schedule in SJU, is it possible to swap shifts,
make it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off?

+. How senior is SJU? Is the new hire sitting spare for ever?

Thanks a lot.

The company is a **** show, avoid if possible. Lots of issues currently. Low pay, crappy airframes, worse maintenance, and non existent work rules to name a few. In the not so distant past it was an OK job if you lived in MEM or BQN and wanted to go to purple. Now most aren't interested and they're not paying people enough to stay.
