Second year will be $147.28. $147.28 x 780 = $114,878.4
Per diem is $71 per day. Reserves tend to be busy, so you can probably tack on $8500 to the base pay tax free with that. That puts you around $93,000 first year, $123,000 second year, probably more if your goal isn't to spend as little time as possible flying.
The junior pilot on the last captain proffer has been at ABX for about 18 months. Upgrade time is likely to remain in the vicinity of two years for a while.

[QUOTE=Flav8tr;4037530]Does anyone know what day the June new hire class is, and how many days or weeks before the class date the onboarding takes place?/QUOTE]
They used to put out classroom schedules a month in advance, but I haven't seen one of those for a while. The May class started on a Monday, so June 1 is probably a good guess. All of the HR stuff gets done on day 1.
