FDX J/S finder...?

A password is now required to access the FDX J/S finder. Is this a temporary thing?
Any other ideas for obtaining this info? I presume calling the 800# is a pretty good way, but the online tool was great.
Thanks

Yes, it's temporary. I've talked to the folks at ALPA, and it's a problem that cropped up when they added more servers to the "front-end web farm." They're working on it.
As a temporary fix, substitute "www" for "crewroom" in the url, in other words, use http://www.alpa.org/fdx/jumpseat
You still may encounter the Password Dialogue, depending on which server you happen to get. If so, back out and try again.
Hope that helps.
