So either the PTU also failed or the left system had lost all of the reserve fluid below the standpipe, ie a massive leak in or to/from one of those 4 systems.
A couple years back we lost the C system on the 767 including everything below the standpipe. I think MX later said it was a nut or something on the RAT that let it all out...anyway no steering...so it can happen. Had to get towed off the runway.

767 has left center right systems, no such thing as a C system, also the RAT is on the center and nose wheel steering on the left, a leak in the RAT will not in most cases affect the steering

c meant be an abbreviation for “c”enter lol

The center or C system he was referring to does in fact have the NWS on the 767. It’s on C1 pump. The center number 1 electric pump will automatically isolate is pressure is sensed as low to power reserve brakes and steering.

I misinterpreted his remark
And i did state the NWS on the the left which i was wrong- long day - back to retirement cocktails

It’s easy to get the 75 and 76 jumbled up if you haven’t looked at systems in a while
