UPS, IPA to Resume Contract Negotiations

Talks set to begin Nov. 7
From: Rick Barr, Airline Operations Manager

Following a meeting this week in which the National Mediation Board, UPS and the Independent Pilots Association discussed pilot retirement issues, the NMB has requested both parties to resume formal contract negotiations.

Ending a two-month recess, talks are scheduled to begin on Nov. 7 in Washington, D.C.

UPS is eager to resume progress toward an agreement that is good for our crewmembers, the company and our public stakeholders.
