Commuting to HKG

"There are many expats living all over China and they don't get locked up every other week like that other guy is trying to have you believe."
I didn't say or imply that people are getting locked up every other week. What I did say, is that should you move there and get into trouble, don't expect Fedex to give you any help. Most of the expat's living in China are there with their company's support and blessing, and should anything go wrong, they would most likely do all they could to help their expats. Not the case with Fedex and Guangzhou. Should this thing pass, the domicile will be Hong Kong- you don't want to live there, don't expect any help from the company.

I would be interested to find out what the tax implications are of living in CAN. Yes I know the trips start in HK; but look at Kalifornia and their outrageous tax claims over the years. Cant imagine the commies in China are more reasonable then the commies in california.
