We have a class almost every month, sometimes two per month. You should apply online at 21air.us Also, the quickest way to get noticed is to send your resume and a cover letter to [email protected] That is our in house union hiring committee that does the vetting. Also mention anyone that you know that works here. We are big on internal recs.

Good afternoon. Has the OAL jumpsuit procedure changed for you guys? I'm trying to find a certain route but the website hasn't updated in a while with the routes that they have scheduled. Is there a phone number or email I can call? the one from the jumpseat form hasn't worked for me. I plan on using you guys a lot any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

I apologize if the number didn't work. We try to accommodate every request that we get. Try 305-753-6936 to get listed. Once you are in our system, it only takes an hour or so to get listed. Or try to find the crew and the captain can help you. We try to be very pro active in helping out our fellow aviators. |

The bonus stops after 3 years.
75 hours is the minimum guarantee. Planning on anything above this every month may not be a good idea. You are guaranteed 12 days off per month. If you work 18 days at 12th year CA pay = $34,574.04 per month. You get $61.20 in per diem for every day away from home. If you work 18 days = $1,101.60 per month. 21 Air is growing! With many F/O lacking the FAR required hours to upgrade, quick upgrade is possible for those hired with 1000 hours of 121 time. Those who get paid for 108 hours don't block anywhere near that. 40 - 60 hours is probably the average utilization, but that may change with new routes being added. |

DONT DO IT
For the love of God stay as far away from this place as possible. You have no idea what you’d be getting yourself into! It is truly a bottom feeder of epic proportions. Management that has been on the same merry-go-round for years and years. They go from one bottom feeder to the next and still think corrosion corner is a five star restaurant. You will get to spend some quality time at both Brysons in Miami AND the living hell that is Cincinnati aka DHL sort.
