T WORK. TONY, CALLING THIS NUMBER WITHOUT THE 16 DIGIT TEMPORARY PIN IS POINTLESS.
SO, IS IT COINCIDENCE THAT THE SYSTEM WON'T WORK FROM A FEDEX TERMINAL?

The link on the ALPA web page is a Java script, and The Company has Java disabled on most of their computers.
Try a computer other than The Company's, or try the Toll-Free number. If you still have trouble, gimme a call and I'll meet you at the AOC and let you use my laptop to do it. There's no sense in blowin' gaskets here.
