Default STV Tax Question For Hong Kong

Tony and Sleepy I will forward this question to my block rep but it seems you tick off more people by posting here.

Please look at this from our friend at Price Waterhouse:
http://www.pwchk.com/home/eng/tax_ias_salariestax.html

Since most of us on STV (voluntary or involuntary) will exceed 60 days in HK we will not qualify under the "visits not exceeding 60 days" rule. Will fred provide any legal services for me if the Commies come after my paycheck while on an STV. Can we have this addressed by the ALPA lawyers? Is this in the mystery agreement between FEDEX and the ChiComms? What if I do 2,3, or 4 voluntary STVs in a year? What were our openers?
