That is great, I am glad you were able to be so successful. My whole point of posting was just to get a little information about the company from someone who works there. If you do work there, can you please provide some information?
As far as a gouge goes, I don't NEED a gouge to be successful. I just like to be as prepared as possible. Nothing wrong with that. My resume, logbook, and personality speak for themselves.

121 time for ATR CA
The MAC website says the requirements for ATR captain are Meet FAR 121.436(a)(3). Which if I understand it correctly is any combination of part 121, 135 or 91k as PIC or SIC in an aircraft that requires a PIC type rating. What say you?
