Default How senior will the 777 go?

Was wondering how senior you guys/girls think it will go, and is it going to be based on the A380 payscale? Is it going to be MEM-based? If we got it over here at Brown, there's be a mad rush for it, that is as long as it were based somewhere in the lower 48. Our 747-400s are rather junior in ANC, newhires even getting it in the last class. Thanks.

Just a hunch...the A-380 payrates will magically get worked out for the 777 and it will go very senior.....that is, until they decide to open a 777 FDA.

Yes, the 777 will go super-duper-amazingly-senior. No new hires to it, that's for sure.

I don't know - this ain't going to be no Breck-jet - no out & backs to MCO or 24 hour layovers in Cambridge. When you go, you're going big - Guangzhao, Paris, Almaty. 14 hours in the tube of pain. It ain't for the squeamish.....

$260K is $260K, you can get that on the other wide bodies fairly easily, but it would still be nice to cash those monthly checks at the 380 pay rates.

I don't think that the company will buy off on that with a pen and ink like the MEC is saying, but who knows.

Do we even truly know that the 777 will be on the bid?

I'm betting we only see the new 757's on this bid.

Since:
1. It won't even be on the property for two years (1st one scheduled for Jul 09)

and 2. JL said no

I'm guessing NO.
