Post ASTAR military contract award

What's the nature of this $400 million contract?

http://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnat...0/daily39.html

Does it represent growth/new business or is it a "re-up" of an annual contract that ASTAR was already servicing?

Contemplating this latest "nugget" is a great diversion while waiting for the post-interview call.

Cheers

I think the bizjournal has the story wrong. The whole DOD contract is worth $440 million, astar is just one of nine who got a piece of that.
