I don't think you are going to find a published route map. There is really no reason to have one for us. The pax carriers publish them in the back of their in flight magazines as a marketing tool that passengers can use to help plan their next trip on that carrier.
For us, no one really needs to see how the package is routed.
Feel free to ask, but be aware that some may be reluctant to give out too much information in the current security climate.
So with that in mind, what are you looking for in lieu of a map?

if you go to www.flightaware.com..and then type in departures from Memphis (KMEM)..there's a list of all the flights departing from Memphis (scheduled) for that day. Almost every destination Fedex flies to, goes out of Memphis..so that might be a good place to see it textually.
