Search FCIFs for Paris Deviation Ground Transportation
FCIF 06-0673 (Intl-Ops)

Here is a pathetic stab at it - works for me...After leaving customs, turn right and go down to the Air France bus stop exit. You have to pay in Euro's (12 or 13 I think) but the driver will make change. You are looking for the Air France bus going to Porte Maillot. Ask any of the baggage guys outside and they will get you at the correct stop (where two roads merge together in front of the terminal. If my brain plaque isn't to bad, I think it is the #2 bus.

I've taken the Air France bus from the CDG passenger terminal to the Concorde Lafayette several times. As stated earlier, go out in front of the terminal ... tell the dispatcher you want the Air France bus to Porte Maillot (sounds like Port My-You).
You "might" be able to use your Corporate Visa (sorry, it's been a while and I don't remember for sure?). Porte Maillot is the first stop, right next door to the hotel. It's pretty painless and easy on the deviation bank. I recommend it.
Hope this helps ...

By Door 3 in the hallway between 2E and 2F is a ticket booth. Buy your ticket there using the company credit card. Go out door number 3 and stand on the corner of the sidewalk next to the bus stop. Look for bus with Porte Maillot on the front. Get on and run your ticket through the machine. Bus will stop a couple more times on the airport property and then the first stop in Paris is Porte Maillot. This is if you come in on NWA or Air France. I can't recall what terminal is used by CA. Process would be similar. I find it much easier to go to the booth and buy a ticket for the bus using the company card. Then it shows up automatically on your expense report. Since it's under $25 US no reciept required. The fare is actually 13 Euros which at the rate our dollar is falling will be over $25 shortly.

If you've got a fat bank....
107 euros for the normal limo service (Urbanride-Chabe Limo). The toll free # to arrange it is 800-525-5750. They will be waiting at baggage claim with your name and FedEx on a sign. And you don't have to sit next to a smelly, unbathed foreigner.

I might have a decent bank. The actual ticket cost about 400 more than the accepted fare. I deviated after travel bought the ticket. Not sure if I will get credited with the higher fare. Seems like some have had luck with this, others haven't. I'd obviously want to take the car service or taxi, but if I am footing the bill, looks like I will sit next to the smellys...
Once again, have most people had luck getting the higher fare as their bank money????
