Edge to UPS also due to the fact you may have to fly with some Albie guy over at FDX. Congrats on the election, wish we had you working on our side!

Purple F/O,

I know one thing for sure, Dale Jarrett wasn't driving the Brown truck. If he was it would have been reversed!!!

Brown or Purple we are the same. We are Freight Dogs!!!

Ahem....the "turd brown" derivation of our uniform has been updated with the new and improved "Milk Dud" version. It is a darker, sexier, more mysterious shade of brown when compared to the "TBs."

We also now wear black shoes, black raincoat/overcoat, and we have a groovy new tie (even groovier centennial tie optional). AND.....now that we have the brown leather jackets, we are "super bad."

Bottom line, the milk dud uniform is the best kind of airline uniform.....the free kind.

Arch, What do you mean we now have leather jackets? Have I missed something?

If you're referring to new-hires after Oct '06 not getting the leather for free, we can use our uniform points to offset the cost. Also, there have been quite a few very generous Capts that have bought leather jackets for new-hires.

Compared to my former employer (Delta), UPS has been more than generous when it comes to uniforms, flight kits, suitcases, and covering hotel costs during training. At Delta, we paid for everything....at UPS, I didn't pay for squat.
