Speaking as someone whose had a shoulder surgery or two, and knows about using the other hand, let me say: strange sex is good.

Fauxhunter,

You do know, that a 40 year old could recover in about 4 weeks. I think that's what your goal should be, you slacker.

I'll try my best to beat that date because I miss you guys so much but I'm told that is really tough to do. I have been able to run or go on the treadmill almost every day so I'll be able to keep up with guys when I return to work.
Funny, I've never been able to run without moving my shoulder. You must have a unique running style.

I told the surgeon I was bracing it with the sling to stop my arm from swinging. He said that that type movement is not harmful. He did warn not to trip and fall. Since none of you guys are in the area I'm not really concerned.

Are you sure about that George? You never know when one of us will be around. You better be checking 6 when you go on your run.

I know that my six is probably the safest place to blind because I doubt any of you could keep up the pace, let alone close.

Wow George, that's some serious trash talk for an old guy with a bum wing. Enjoy your running George. Don't strain yourself. Good luck on your physical and 727 S/O training in Feb.
