Amen brother. Allow a certain number (age 55 -60) to apply for early retirement with no penalty and process them by seniority. 100-150 seems like a reasonable number.

If the options "O" talked about like RLG reduction and no early retirement penalties are in any way tied to the contract, which they are, he's blowing smoke or has never read the contract.
